SJEC TECHNICAL MATCHING GUIDE

How to identify an SJEC spare part before ordering

A clear model code is the fastest route to a reliable quotation, but model code alone may not identify the protocol, revision or connector arrangement.

1. Photograph the part from four directions

Provide the front, rear, connector edge and nameplate. Keep labels readable and avoid reflections or screenshots that hide small codes.

2. Record every model and revision code

For PCB boards, include printed codes, sticker codes and software or protocol suffixes. A suffix such as “-SJ” can be important.

3. Include the elevator or escalator information

Send the equipment brand, project model, controller type, voltage and installation year when available.

4. Measure mechanical parts

For sheaves, rollers, chains, steps and plates, include diameter, width, pitch, hole spacing and a photo with a ruler.

5. Confirm what the quotation includes

Check whether a power box, cable, PG card, bracket or connector is included. Do not rely only on a similar product photo.
